'Clarity Session' 90 min Session
The 90-minute Clarity Session is where we slow everything down — so you can hear yourself again.
We map what’s actually going on beneath the overwhelm, name the roles you’ve been performing to stay safe, and start to gently untangle what’s yours to carry and what never was.
It’s not surface-level insight — it’s the kind that lands in your body and lingers.
This session is also a felt experience of how I work.
No pressure, no performative breakthroughs — just steady, attuned support that meets you exactly where you are.
Whether we continue into a full coaching container or not, you’ll leave this space with greater clarity, a softened nervous system, and a deeper sense of what’s possible when you stop navigating it all alone.

For young people navigating pressure, pace, and the quiet overload no one sees — and the families trying to meet them with all the best intentions.
Underneath the quiet compliance, the silence, the outbursts, or the shutdown — something else is speaking.
So many young people are carrying more than they can articulate: anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, sensory sensitivity, a sense of not belonging. They feel unseen, even in homes full of love. This work doesn’t fix them — it helps them feel safe in themselves again.
I offer calm, grounded support for teenagers and young adults navigating emotional challenges, identity exploration, social pressure, or neurodivergent experience — and for families ready to support them with presence, not pressure.
This isn’t academic mentoring or behaviour management. It’s not about performance, productivity, or forcing conversations. It’s one hour a week where they can breathe. Where their nervous system can soften. Where they are allowed to just be.
Sessions are 1:1, one hour, in person or online.

I am DBS checked and hold over 20 years of experience supporting young people across junior, high school, SEN and hospital school settings — including working with refugee children and young people with complex needs. I am a qualified mentor, coach and educator.
This offer can stand alone or act as a gateway to deeper support.
